Let's abandon this resemblance analogy and get to the point. The shittiness of the first demo is my crux to bare. If you recall, the lyrics were gibberish I came up with the day before. You and your colleagues mistook some of them for "I don't need a drink. I need a cold cut. I need some ham. I want a beer." I'm sad to say that those words may well be better than the ones they were designed to mock. All of that aside, the real shit too shitty to post was recorded a year or so later. It's generally embarrassing for everyone involved. Be thankful you weren't around to share the blame. Best, J.
